Terms & Policies

Cancellations: There is a strict, 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation within this 24-hour window, or a failure to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be billed the full amount of the session.

Tardiness: If you show up late for your scheduled appointment, you will be seen for the remainder of your scheduled session time, and cannot be extended beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. You are required to pay for the full appointment time.

Payments: Payment is due in full at the end of the session, or can be prepaid in advance. Bodywork sessions may be paid for by cash or check. Training sessions can be paid for by credit card IF a package of sessions is pre-purchased (minimum 6).

Sickness: It is not appropriate to conduct bodywork sessions if you are sick. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of your sickness. If it is within the 24-hour cancellation period, you can avoid being charged by rescheduling your appointment.

Conduct: Any inappropriate or sexual remarks or or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for payment in full for the session. You will not be welcome to receive any further treatments.

Treatment: Any pain or discomfort experienced during the session will be brought to the attention of the practitioner so that adjustments to treatment protocol can be made. You understand that You understand that bodywork practitioners are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such. Because bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, you affirm that you have stated all known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly. You agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should you fail to do so. Scheduling an appointment online, via phone, email, or in person is your consent to adhere to these policies.
