Programs

I offer several different programs for those of you who cannot work with me in my clinical practice or online/remotely. These programs utilize many of the same movements, techniques, and guiding principles that I use daily with clients in my clinic. Each program will provide unique educational information to help you learn more about the human body and movement, as well as program templates, exercise progressions, exercise demo videos, and everything else you need to be successful. If you want to learn a little bit more about each program and what’s included, see below. Feel free to reach out directly if you have any questions or are interested in being informed when new programs become available.

Movement Restoration Program
$99.00

This program is designed for those of you who are ready to begin the process of restoring and optimizing function in your body, reclaiming your physical autonomy, and building the functional strength and resiliency needed to maintain your health and thrive in your life.

This program is fantastic for anyone who:

  • Has a history of chronic or acute pains preventing you from making regular exercise a part of your life

  • Is seeking practical tools to improve joint mobility, tissue quality, functional movement capacity, and recovery.

  • Is looking to reduce likelihood of injuries

  • Is an intermediate/advanced trainee who needs to balance out some of the negative effects of traditional strength training methodologies.

Most of us know that strength training and regular exercise are good for our health, and help us to feel better in our bodies. Unfortunately, the majority of us have accumulated an ever-growing list of stressors, injuries, and compensation patterns that have left us feeling disconnected from our bodies. Having a movement practice as a part of our lifestyle is imperative to maintaining our health. This program is a perfect first step to re-establishing a movement practice as a part of your lifestyle.

The hardest part of any movement or strength training program is making it a part of your lifestyle long-term. This is the primary difference between a program and practice. A program is usually a short-term and mostly regimented plan working towards a specific goal, often temporary in nature. A practice is something you implement fully into your way of living. It becomes a daily, weekly, monthly, year-round part of your lifestyle. This program will provide you with the opportunity to make movement a more important and prominent element of your health-centered lifestyle.

This program focused on restoring function in your body, regaining physical autonomy, and ultimately to help you build the functional strength and movement capacity needed to thrive in your life. This is perfect for beginners who need a good starting point. This is also a great program for more intermediate and advanced trainees as well, as it has a lot of fantastic tools for active recovery, mobility, and integration exercises to compliment your more intense training regimen. The program has several distinct sections:

  1. Self-Administered Tissue Work & Joint Mobilizations - includes protocols to address every area of the body (feet, ankles, lower leg, upper leg, hips, lumbo-pelvic complex, abdomen, ribcage, neck, shoulders, & arms). It also includes joint flossing protocols that address almost every joint and joint function from head to toe.

  2. Transitional Movements (Breathing, Crawling, & Get Ups) - includes movement progressions helping to integrate the first three primary kinetic chains and their respective primary functions (Intrinsic - deep stabilization & breathing, Deep Longitudinal - joint loading response, Lateral - dynamic stabilization). Progressing from the ground to standing, we focus on transitional and reflexive movements like breathing, rolling, crawling, and getting up.

  3. Gait Integration - Includes movements focused on integrating sequential joint loading, weight shifting, split-stance mechanics, single-leg exercises, and walking gait.

More programs coming!!! If you’re looking for a program more geared towards strength and performance, or perhaps something more specialized, feel free to reach out directly. I do customized individualized programming as well.
